Biography

Samuel Fish was born and raised in the idyllic county of Yorkshire, Northern England. He attended Wakefield Catering College where he graduated with City and Guild qualifications and BTEC Diplomas in Cookery and Food and Beverage.


Since leaving college some 18 years ago, Samuel embarked on what has become a decade of international experience with some of the world’s most renowned chefs and finest organisations. From Michelin starred restaurants in the United Kingdom and Europe, to 5 star hotels in Dubai and Relais and Chateaux Gourmand in the United States of America, to a small boutique resort in the Caribbean and a private island in the Seychelles.


Through his professionalism, reliability, diplomacy and discretion, Samuel then moved to work exclusively in the private service both on yachts and in households, working for some of the worlds most respected families.


Never happy to accept anything less than perfection, Samuel has now returned home to Yorkshire and turned his talents to the creation of samuelfish.com.
